This tertiary school in Bacolod City started in early 1950s with few kindergarten or pre-school students and with the leadership of Reverend Taylor Neely. During this time, this educational institution featured basic school facilities including a simple library and a basketball court. Neely left the school in March 1957 and the school leadership was transferred to Helen Markos. She initiated future plans for the school but changes in the leadership in the school happened through the years. It was in 1994 and under the leadership of Reverend Edwin Madlangbayan that it opened its elementary school. In 2001, this educational institution opened its high school department. After several years, it started offering some academic programs for college students in the area.
